Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
These terms govern your use of the prestant.ai website, the founding-cohort waitlist, and the Ask Prestant assistant (together, "the site"), operated by RADLAB LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the site you accept them.
What the site is
prestant.ai describes the Prestant platform (the hosted console over the Bourdon, Positif, and Tremulant tools) and takes waitlist signups for its paid tiers. The hosted tiers described on the site are not yet generally available; pricing and inclusions shown are the launch offer and may be refined before general availability. When the hosted service launches, it will carry its own service terms; these terms cover the site.
The open-source software
Bourdon and Positif are separate software projects distributed under their own licenses, which govern your use of them. Nothing on this site changes those licenses, and these terms don't apply to software you run on your own infrastructure.
The waitlist
Submitting the founding form asks us to contact you about early access. It doesn't create a subscription, charge you anything, or guarantee a seat. Founding-cohort pricing is honored as described at the time we confirm your seat by email.
The Ask assistant
Ask Prestant is an AI assistant. Its answers can be wrong. They are provided for information only and aren't a contractual description of the product, professional advice, or a commitment. Verify anything that matters against the documentation or ask us directly.
Acceptable use
- Don't abuse the signup or assistant endpoints (automation, scraping, flooding, or attempting to bypass rate limits or bot protection).
- Don't attempt to access data that isn't yours or probe the site's infrastructure.
- Don't use the assistant to generate unlawful content.
Our IP
The Prestant name, mark, and site content belong to RADLAB LLC. The open-source projects' code is available under their respective licenses.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that assistant output will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RADLAB LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify RADLAB LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or block access to the site for abuse. Sections on IP, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above moves when we do. Material changes will be noted here.
