Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
The short version: this site collects almost nothing. Analytics run only if you say yes. The waitlist form stores what you type in it, plus your country, not your IP address, not your browser fingerprint. Questions you ask the assistant are answered and forgotten, not stored. Nothing is sold, ever.
Who we are
prestant.ai is operated by RADLAB LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Prestant", "we"). RADLAB LLC is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- The waitlist / founding form. If you submit it, we store what you enter: email, and optionally your name, company, and message, plus the tier you asked about, a timestamp, and your country (derived from the request by our host, Cloudflare). We do not store your IP address or user-agent string with your signup. Your IP is used transiently for rate-limiting and bot protection and is not written to the signup record.
- The Ask assistant. Questions you type are relayed through our infrastructure to Anthropic to generate the reply, along with the visible conversation turns. We do not store your questions or the replies. Anthropic processes them under its commercial API terms, which do not permit training on this data.
- Analytics: only with consent. By default, no analytics run. If you accept, we use PostHog (hosted in the United States) in a minimized configuration: page views and a signup-submitted event. Session recording, autocapture, and surveys are disabled. You can change your mind any time via the "Analytics choice" link in the footer.
- Email. If you write to us, or we reply to your signup, that correspondence lives in our Google Workspace mailboxes.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information, to anyone, for any purpose.
- We don't run ads or ad tracking.
- We don't store assistant conversations.
- We don't collect anything from the self-hosted software described on this site: Bourdon and Positif run on your own machines, and your agent traffic never transits Prestant.
Sub-processors
- Cloudflare, Inc.: site hosting, the signup datastore, and Turnstile bot protection.
- Anthropic, PBC: generates Ask assistant replies.
- PostHog, Inc.: analytics, only after your consent (US-hosted).
- Google LLC: email (Google Workspace).
Retention
- Signup records expire automatically 12 months after submission, and are deleted earlier on request or once the founding cohort process completes.
- Assistant conversations: not stored.
- Email correspondence: kept while the conversation is live and for our records, deleted on request.
- Consented analytics follow PostHog's standard retention; opting out stops collection immediately.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time; see Delete my data for the exact process. We honor deletion requests within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA); we apply the same process to everyone.
Children
Prestant is a professional tool. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
International transfers
We are a US company and our sub-processors listed above process data in the United States. If you submit the form or use the assistant from outside the US, your information is transferred to and processed in the US under our sub-processors' standard safeguards.
Changes
If this policy changes materially (a new sub-processor, a new data category, a longer retention window), we'll update the date at the top and note the change here. We won't silently rewrite it.
